Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Destinations 

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Austria

  • Germany

  • Switzerland

  • Other EU countries (upon request)

If you would like delivery to a country not listed above, please contact us at info@donumaustria.com. We will gladly review the possibility of shipping to your location.

 

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Austria
Standard shipping: Free

Germany
Standard shipping: Free
Express shipping: €50 (optional)

Switzerland
Standard shipping: Free
Express shipping: €50 (optional)

Please note that deliveries to Switzerland may be subject to additional customs duties and import taxes, which must be paid by the recipient.

Other EU countries
Shipping costs are calculated individually and displayed during checkout.

 

3. Delivery Times

Standard shipping

 

Austria
Delivery time: 2–4 business days

 

Germany
Delivery time: 3–7 business days
Express: 2 business days

 

Switzerland
Delivery time: 5–7 business days after receipt of payment (plus customs clearance)
Express: 2 business days

 

Other EU countries
Delivery time: 5–10 business days after receipt of payment

Please note:
For payments made via bank transfer, delivery times begin on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank. For other payment methods, delivery times begin on the day after the contract is concluded.

If the final day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period will end on the next working day.

 

4. Shipping Providers

We ship our products using reliable and established logistics partners:

  • Austrian Post (Österreichische Post AG)

  • DHL

  • DPD

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery at any time.

 

5. Packaging

Every DONUM bottle is packed with the utmost care to ensure your product arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Premium packaging
Our products are presented in an elegant magnetic box that is designed as an integral part of the DONUM experience.

Protective packaging
Additional protective materials ensure secure transport.

Discreet delivery
The outer packaging does not reveal the valuable contents.

 

6. Delivery

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Important information

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the shipment.

If delivery is not possible, the shipping provider will usually leave a notification with instructions for collection or a second delivery attempt.

If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the shipment will be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to arrange the next steps. Any return shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

Parcel lockers / post offices
Delivery to parcel lockers or post offices is possible upon request. Please indicate this in the “Notes” field during checkout or contact us in advance.

 

7. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

(Switzerland and Non-EU Countries)

Deliveries to Switzerland and other non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

These charges must be paid by the recipient.

We recommend checking the applicable import regulations and fees in your country before placing an order.

 

8. Delivery Delays

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances such as:

  • Force majeure (extreme weather conditions, natural disasters)

  • Strikes or operational disruptions at shipping providers

  • Unexpected production delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If your delivery is delayed, we will inform you promptly by email and provide an updated estimated delivery date.

 

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged package upon delivery

If you notice that the package is damaged upon delivery, please:

  • Refuse acceptance of the shipment or note the damage on the delivery receipt

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product

  • Contact us immediately at info@donumaustria.com

We will clarify the issue with the shipping provider and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Lost shipment

If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery time, please contact us at info@donumaustria.com. We will immediately initiate an investigation with the shipping provider.

Personal pickup is possible by prior arrangement.

11. Gift Orders

DONUM is designed as a gift for special occasions. We offer several gifting options:

Direct delivery to the recipient
Simply enter the recipient’s address during checkout.

Personal message
Use our unique QR code feature to include a personalized video message for the recipient.

Invoice without price
Upon request, we can include an invoice without price information in the gift shipment. Please note this in the “Notes” field during checkout.

For hotels, restaurants, gourmet stores, and companies, we offer customized shipping solutions and conditions.
